Who We Are

The Maleny Group is a family-owned property maintenance and carpentry business founded by husband and wife Luke and Angela Dengate. Based in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, we work with homeowners, property managers and businesses across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and surrounding regions.

Our business began in flood restoration and mould remediation, where we developed a strong understanding of property damage, repairs and the importance of getting things right. Over time, we've expanded into general property maintenance, licensed carpentry, fencing and excavation services.

Today, we bring that experience to everything from everyday repairs and rental property maintenance to more detailed carpentry projects. We believe in practical solutions, clear communication and workmanship that stands the test of time.

As a family-owned business, we take pride in the relationships we've built and the trust our clients place in us. While our services continue to grow, our approach remains simple: turn up when we say we will, do the job properly and stand behind our work.
